LAX LAB 2.0 book club

The Institute for Art & Environment organises and hosts LAX LAB 2.0, an international, online book club, first established in 2020. The book club reads contemporary literary fiction through the lens of climate change.

The book club highlights diverse voices and perspectives and explores themes of environmental and social justice.

Our reading themes for 2026 are: decolonialism, extraction, and feminism.

The book club is organised through Substack. Please sign up to support the project, join the community, and be kept up-to-date on current books and upcoming events.
